Welcome to ToySGK Store. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
ToySGK Store provides the following services:
- Online sale of officially licensed toy model products
- Provision of product information, images, and specifications
- Community features for users to share creations
User Account
When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Protect account security and not share login credentials with others
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Orders and Payment
Order Processing
Submitting an order constitutes your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation email indicates our acceptance of your order.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments processed through Stripe. Payment must be completed at the time of order. For pre-order items, we offer both full payment and deposit payment options.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but prices for orders already placed will not be affected. Prices do not include applicable import duties and taxes.
Checking Your Order Status
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page. Order status and payment history are updated in real time. For guest orders, a status link is included in your order confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
Regarding shipping:
- We provide international shipping services, with specific shipping costs calculated based on destination and item weight
- Delivery time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on destination
- You are responsible for receiving the package, including paying any applicable customs duties and taxes
- The risk of shipping delays, loss, or damage is borne by the logistics company (if insurance is purchased)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification. Real-time tracking is not available during the international leg of shipment. Once your package enters your destination country and is handed off to the local carrier for last-mile delivery, we will provide your local tracking number as soon as possible.
Pre-order Policy
Estimated Shipping Date
For pre-order items, we aim to ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. Production delays may occasionally occur — we appreciate your understanding. Once your item is production-ready, we will send you an email reminder to complete your balance payment, after which shipment will be arranged promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships, subject to a 3.6% processing fee to cover payment gateway charges. Once a pre-order item has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or returned.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under standard circumstances. Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions — Quality Issues & Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received an item with a manufacturing defect or an item different from what you ordered
- Include clear photos of the item and original packaging when contacting us
- Approved cases will receive a full refund or replacement shipped at our expense
How to Report an Issue
Email us at genpoliu93@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Describe the issue and attach photos. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Worried About Shipping Damage?
We photograph all items before dispatch to document their condition. For peace of mind during international transit, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance at checkout. Insured items are covered by the carrier's insurance policy — any transit damage claim is handled directly with the logistics provider at no extra burden to you.
Product Authenticity Guarantee
ToySGK works directly with licensed Japanese manufacturers and holds the necessary production authorizations. Every item we sell is an officially produced, genuine product sourced directly from the manufacturer. We do not sell bootlegs, unlicensed reproductions, or grey-market goods of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without permission.
User Content
When you post content in our community:
- You retain ownership of the content but grant us the right to use and display it
- You confirm that the content does not infringe on others' rights and does not contain illegal or harmful information
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated tools to scrape website data
- Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the website
